We could not communicate with the staff, even with just pointing to the pictures it was very hard to get our order right, not the cleanest McDonald’s

It's a good McDonald's to eat at. The first floor offers a view of the train tracks and you may spot a Shinkansen passing by.

If you're a filthy Westerner, (like me) it's always nice to check out local takes on US fast food. There are a few exclusive items here that I have never seen elsewhere. (Teriyaki burger, spicy nuggets, sweet potato shake)Give it a try, even if it's one or two small menu items.

Nearest McDonald's from the Akihabara Station. One of the cheaper options for a meal in Tokyo. Not crowded on a weekday, 7:30 PM. You can eat and take a short nap in peace on the second floor.

Suffering from severe jet lag the first two days I ate barely a thing (which sucked being in a city with amazing food) so my partner picked up some dinner for the hotel. He loved it. I tried a burger (gran garlic pepper I believe? But can't remember) and as someone who isn't keen on McDonalds, I did let out a sigh taking a bite!Also wicked service from a girl who seemed to speak a million languages! Kudos to her!

If you are in the area looking for a McDonalds you can't make a better choice. The resturant is close to Akihabara station. They offer free wifi for 60 minutes at a time and allow for phone charging.Food wise, there is better food. It is McDonald's and you're getting McDonald's. That being said if you like McDonald's you will not be underwhelmed by the food here.The seating is on the second floor. Heavy travelbags can be uncomfortable to get up the stairs.Given it's 24 hour open time, I've seen people take a quick nap, study, do work, play games, and essentially use this location as a hangout spot. I've myself have enjoyed a burger here only to spend 2 hours afterwards studying.The location is great, the food is McDonald's, the prices are alright, the extra services including toilet, internet and phone charging as well as a general lax atmoshpere makes this location a great one to hang out or spend time before heading home.I much recommend if you're out for some cheapish burgers.

First time in Japan that a clerk it's rude, the place wasn't clean and smells bad. Other things are just like another store of the franchise

This Mcdonald is quite busy during evening (work hours end time.) The seats are located on the 2nd floor.The location is pretty close to Akihabara Station and Yodabashi Camera building.

Miss many thing in my burger. The toilet it's very dirty.

Seems to always be crowded, but there is ample seating. Just get your fries and be happy.

It's McDonald's. Really good food. Much different taste wise than US

Everything was made fresh and so the fries were crispy. Had the Gran Clubhouse with a really well made brioche bun which was so fluffy with a hint of sweetness.

Best option for Indian visitors, taste wise and also price wise.

Good people behind the counter. Many of them speak multiple languages. I would like the air conditioning to be a little colder in the summer. Free WiFi.

Very dirty place food was horrible

The place is nice, quite crowded but its okay... The foods are so yummy as always!

Good location. Nice view for the trains from 2f windows. Fries are always too salty though.

Lined up to order food. Guy who served us spoke English as well as Japanese and there was an English menu available. Food came quickly. Ample seating if walk past the service counter and go either upstairs or downstairs. Food was ok. Teriyaki burger had too much sauce and was quite sweet. Melon fanta was nice. Kids meal was standard Macdonalds.
